For Organisations & Employers
Support Your Team's Wellbeing - Right Here in the Kimberley
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counselling service you fund for your employees – helping them navigate life’s challenges before small problems become big ones. Happy, supported employees create more productive workplaces.
What is an EAP?
A proactive investment in your people
EAP counselling helps employees deal with concerns that may be impacting their ability to lead a happy and productive life – at work and outside of it. Good employers recognise that mental health deserves the same care as physical health.
The most effective use of EAP is proactive support – before an employee is overwhelmed or in crisis. It can also help employees debrief, problem-solve, and build coping strategies for current challenges.
Trusted. Local. Qualified.
Outback Care has EAP agreements with a number of employers across the Kimberley.
We are locally based and understand the unique pressures employees face living and working in this region.
