At Outback Care, we strive to make accessing care as straightforward as possible.
Here’s how you can begin your journey to better health with us:

Your path to good health starts with a 45 minute consultation. Simply book through our homepage or call our clinic at (08) 9194 6890. Our friendly staff will help you find a convenient time for your visit.
Initial Consultation
During your first appointment, our clinician will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your condition, discuss your concerns, and outline your treatment options. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment time to complete our new client intake form.
Customised Care Plan
Based on your assessment, we’ll develop a personalised plan of care to your specific needs, whether you require routine treatment, specialized procedures, or therapy.
Payment Information

Referrals
If your insurance requires a referral, please ensure you obtain one from your general practitioner or specialist before your appointment.
Follow-up and Ongoing Care
After your treatment begins, we’ll schedule follow-up visits to monitor your progress and adjust your care plan as necessary, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your health.

How do I book an appointment?
Book online anytime through our booking system, or call us during business hours and our team will take care of you.

Can I use my private health insurance?
You may be able to claim a rebate through your private health insurer. Pay on the day and we'll provide an invoice to take to your provider.

Does any of this sound familiar?
Six of the most common reasons people book with us. Click any card for more detail.
Plantar Fasciitis
Sharp arch pain that hits hardest with your first steps in the morning — caused by tiny tears in the band connecting your heel to your toes.
Heel Pain
Discomfort at the base or back of the heel from overuse, poor footwear, or conditions like heel spurs, Sever's disease, or Achilles inflammation.
Blisters
Fluid-filled pockets from friction or pressure. Common but preventable — and best left unpopped so the skin below can heal properly.
Calluses & Corn
Hardened skin from repeated pressure. Calluses on the sole are usually painless; corns have a concentrated core and can cause real discomfort.
Ingrown Toenails
When the nail's edge curves into the surrounding skin, causing swelling and pain — and infection if left untreated. The big toe is the usual suspect.
Thick Toenails
Thickened, discoloured nails — usually fungal, but sometimes from injury or ageing. Best treated early before they become painful and harder to manage.
